According to court documents, Hill has accused Vaccaro of publicly making false claims that he and his legal team engaged in felony witness tampering. He has asked the court to impose sanctions against Vaccaro and her attorney over what he describes as baseless allegations.
The dispute reportedly centers on a recent phone call and meeting involving Hill and Crystal Espinal, his former partner and the mother of three of his children. Vaccaro raised concerns about Hill reconnecting with Espinal, claiming the NFL player had not seen her in more than five years.
Vaccaro also alleged that Hill may have influenced Espinal ahead of her deposition in the divorce case. She reportedly pointed to Espinal's favorable comments about Hill during questioning, despite Espinal having previously accused him of assault while she was pregnant. Hill has denied those allegations.
In his latest court filing, Hill argued that Vaccaro has failed to provide evidence showing that he threatened, intimidated, physically pressured or financially compensated anyone to influence their testimony.
Hill further maintained that Vaccaro's court papers contained no specific threat, misleading statement or offer of a benefit because, according to him, none existed.
The football star is now asking the judge to sanction Vaccaro and her attorney, arguing that consequences are necessary over what he considers unfounded accusations.
Hill and Vaccaro have been locked in a contentious divorce dispute for several months, with the latest filing adding another chapter to their increasingly bitter legal battle.
