Kevin Gates has been ordered to split the proceeds from his music catalog sale, with his estranged wife, Dreka Gates, set to receive over $1 million.
Dreka will receive $929,341.50 in child and spousal support, along with an additional $150,000.
Kevin will receive $538,798 upfront, followed by monthly payments of $225,000 starting in October.
The order also allocates money for Dreka’s legal fees, her accountant and a third-party mediation service.
The latest development comes amid their ongoing divorce battle, with both sides previously disputing financial allegations.
Dreka’s attorney has denied Kevin’s claims that she and her family took money from him.
